💸 Refund Methods

Once approved, refunds will be issued within 3–5 business days via GCash, Maya, or original payment method

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued via GCash or store credit
🚚 Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost
