📦 Return Eligibility

You can request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your item if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or expired upon arrival

  • You received the wrong item or incorrect quantity

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

⚠️ For food safety reasons, we do not accept returns for opened or partially consumed items, unless there is a verified quality issue.


💬 How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  3. A short explanation of the problem

Our customer care team will respond within 1-3 hours.


💸 Refund Methods

  • Once approved, refunds will be issued within 3–5 business days via GCash, Maya, or original payment method

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued via GCash or store credit


🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost

  • If the return is for personal reasons, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping

  • Unapproved returns or those made after 7 days will not be processed

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet the policy requirements
